Join us for the Farm Woodland Forum Annual Meeting which will be held over two days on Wednesday 9th and Thursday 10th July in Aberdeenshire.
Lunch and refreshments plus coach travel to and from Glensaugh Farm is included. You can let us know about any dietary requirements when you book your ticket.
Agenda overview: The role of agroforestry in integrated land management

- In person, full conference day, and AGM at the University of Aberdeen, King’s College.
Thursday 10th July
- Full day field visit to Glensaugh Farm, hosted by the James Hutton Institute

- £10 Event Registration fee:
This includes attendance on both days, lunch and refreshments on both days, plus coach travel to and from Glaunsaugh Farm on Thursday 10th July.
- £20 Evening Conference Dinner:
We've tried to keep costs to a minimum for delegates and some of the costs has been subsidised by the Farm Woodland Forum. The meal will be held at the University of Aberdeen from 19:30 - 21:30 on Thursday 10th July. We will circulate meal options nearer the time.
- £10 Farm Woodland Forum 2025 membership fee
You must be up to date with your Forum membership fees to attend the annual meeting. Membership runs from 1 January to 31 December and fees are payable annually.
- £10 EURAF 2025 membership fee - this is an optional membership fee.
Farm Woodland Forum - Membership for Students
There is no membership fee for students, however, student members need to confirm student status with the Farm Woodland Forum membership secretary, Clive Thomas (cthomas@soilassocaition.org) at the same time as registering for the annual meeting. £10 registration fee still applies for attendance at the event.
