Anne Stobart, medical herbalist, will explain how selected medicinal woody plant species can be safely used in a variety of complaints from arthritis to sore throats. She will suggest ways to integrated these helpful plants into a forest garden based on permaculture design principles. Her talk will include a focus on quality in case studies of cultivated medicinal trees and shrubs for self-help or commercial purposes.
